Our Beginning
Owner Alexandra Mendoza took over a former smoothie shop space in the Governors Walk shopping center on Highway 54.
The team built out the kitchen and installed new equipment to bring traditional Puerto Rican cooking to Peachtree City.
The restaurant earned a perfect 100 on its first health inspection in early March 2026 — before serving a single plate.
Doors opened March 17, 2026, with hearty portions, bold flavors, and warm hospitality from a small counter with a big heart.
